Glen Ellis Falls Trailhead

Constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps - a federal work relief program started by President Roosevelt to build America's natural resources infrastructure in the early 1900's - this area has been popular amongst tourists and hikers for well over 100 years. Because of its easy access and short hike to dramatic, 66-foot waterfalls, this area has become heavily impacted. Care for these delicate areas takes extensive resources, so a small fee is charged to park. Leashed dogs are welcome, and please hike with kindness.
