Low’s Bald Spot Trail

Low’s Bald Spot is a wide-open viewpoint along the Appalachian Trail, near the Mt. Washington Auto Road. It is generally accessed from the Pinkham Notch Visitor Center along the Old Jackson Road Trail. This trail is heavily travelled and is in an area that sees quite a bit of foot and road traffic (due to the Mt. Washington Auto Rd.). Hikers are encouraged to hike with kindness, and leashed dogs are welcome.
