Part of the Ice Gulch Town Forest in Randolph, Mount Crescent can be reached via the Mount Crescent Loop, which is a popular 3+ mile loop that is considered challenging yet rewarding. Hikers can catch beautiful views of the Crescent and Kilkenny Ranges along the way, and on a clear day you can see the dramatic depths of King Ravine in the Northern Presidentials across the way. This loop hike is ~3.1 miles and gains 1,400 feet of elevation.
